What is the Deaf Festival?

!About the Festival

The Deaf Festival is known as Deaf Awareness Week (DAW), which the San Antonio Deaf Community has cherished as a tradition from a long time. We are excited to announce that we will be hosting our first annual Deaf Festival on September 13, 2025. This marks the return of an important event to our community after more than a decade.

Our Mission

As September is Deaf Awareness Month, this festival serves as a vital platform for celebrating Deaf culture, raising awareness, and bringing together individuals, families, and allies for a day of education, entertainment, and connection. It provides an invaluable opportunity for the Deaf community to showcase their talents, share experiences, and strengthen bonds.

🎉 ADMISSION IS FREE! 🎉
